We talk about professionals need to be logic oriented and not emotional.. and then we only crib that they don't bring any "passion" into their job..
tell me o wise businessman and academicians.. when did 'passion' cease to be an emotion ?

Passion is very much a matter of emotion. But are people actually doing a job about which they are passionate about? A supportive environment in organisation is not going to solve that problem. Possibly something that needs to be addressed at the recruitment stage itself.
